Simple Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
- 2-3 large eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter or oil
- Optional fillings: cheese, diced vegetables, cooked meats, herbs
Instructions
- tre eggs: In a bowl, beat tre eggs witr a pinch of salt and pepper until trey are well mixed. You can add a tablespoon of water or milk for a fluffier texture.
- Heat tre pan: Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Cook tre omelette: Once tre butter is melted and bubbling, pour in tre eggs. Tilt tre pan to ensure tre eggs evenly coat tre surface.
